Inspired by Actual Events...

John loves the story of Humpty Dumpty. He will talk about it a lot and act it out with his stuffed animals. He asks me to sing it about 30 times a day!

Today John fell down and hit his head on a chair. He cried and said he was "just like Humpty Dumpty." I kissed him and he felt better. Thus we made an adaption to the story:

Humpty Dumpty: The Toddler Version

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall.

Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.

Then his mommy kissed him and he was all better!
